How you can help us?
Although affiliated with a national body we don’t receive any regular national or regional funding. We have to raise every penny to run our activities. We always try to run our activities at the lowest cost possible, including offering many free places.
Your fundraising and donations allow us to continue providing services to the community.

Friends of YMCA Scarborough
By giving regularly you are securing the YMCA in Scarborough for generations to come. By giving regularly you become one of the friends of YMCA Scarborough. Your name will be displayed on our role of honour and you will receive a personalised thank you from the young people
Volunteering
The majority of our team are volunteers. Our volunteers are the life blood of YMCA Scarborough and come from a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
The hardest step is filling in the form, you never know where it might take you or the new friendships you might form.
Fundrasing

- Have staff members attend and give a speech or talk about our work
